  First let me say....All kids dread the dentist, there seems to be no way around the anxiety the morning of an appointment. However, this was the first time in 15 years that the kids text their mom as we are leaving the dentist to tell her how great their appointment went that morning. Their mom text me back in awe. So, if nothing else, that alone is a testament illustrating Dr. Lee’s commitment to patient care, and a clear message of a great experience. Dr. Lee office environment is extremely comfortable and is equipped with the latest equipment. His service was straight forward, quick, and very thorough, and his general demeanor with his patients shows his willingness to listen to patient needs and make them feel comfortable. He was excellent in his approach, his delivery, and his follow through. I love the ability to confirm appointments through text and emails and avoid unnecessary phone calls the week(s) leading up to an appointment. His office definitely pushes the envelope on technology and integrates it very well into all his services. He provided detailed quotes up front for additional services required in the future, and followed through very quickly with final assessments from the insurance company. I had clear and accurate financial expectations from the very beginning. In addition, his staff of assistants and dental technicians was among the friendliest, and most thorough, my family has ever encountered. They were very sensitive with the kids, and made them feel comfortable, joking and holding general conversations with them during their exams. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone, but especially a family with young children. Overall a great experience, so if you’re not satisfied with your current dentist, consider giving Dr. Lee a try. Oh, I can't forget... The freshly baked chocolate chip cookies as we were leaving were a great hit as well!
