- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I left a competitor for Scott Lacey and American Family Insurance over two and a half years ago and I never looked back. Their rates were more affordable and the staff was more personable. They took the time to explain each of the different coverages and how they'd effect me. Everyone in the office has been extremely helpful, timely, and courteous.
