  I've been coming here for 8 years or so. It gets worse every year. He really doesn't care. You can tell him what pill you want and he'll give it to you. It's been about 75 minutes since my appointment time and I arrived 20 minutes early. My bad. I should know to be a couple hours late. I won't be back again. The only positive here is the cute receptionist with the nose ring and her hair up in buns. 10/10 For her.

  I was a patient for years. I didn't have many options for physicians when mine retired & I felt when he referred me to a specialist that he had my best interest in mind. However, as a PCP he's NEVER performed an exam on me! He's always VERY behind so I tried coming at 9am but he wasn't even at work yet! He's never asked if I have questions, if I have any issues going on, if I'm okay, if I need anything, suggested I have lab work done. All he does is stare at his pc & rush to do dictations of the exam where I have heard him lie about what he did with me! I'm so disheartened by the lack of professionalism and empathy the office and physician have shown. This man truly doesn't care about his patients. Consider that he actually lied about what he did during my exam when thinking of his personal character.... Also note that he apparently goes by "Richard Nguyen" now. (I thought it was odd there was a name change!) I STRONGLY recommend avoiding him personally and the entire practice. I don't think this man would give you better quality of care as a premium cash fee for service agreement patient. I question his competency as a physician in all sincerity. You've been warned!
