- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪worst experience I've had at a medical office. The wait was extremely long to see the doctor and to be discharged after as well. The doctor told me she was going to send my prescription electronically to my pharmacy (which I provided the address for) and also give me a referral to a specialist. I never received my referral, and when I went to the pharmacy that night, they never received my prescription information either. I called back the next morning and the lady working there acted like she could careless. No apology or anything. I was supposed to receive a call back, and never did. Had to call back yet again, and each time I'm put on hold for 15 min. Spoke to the same person and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I was told I would hear back from the medical assistant within 24-48 hrs this time.Still waiting to get my prescription filled. Terrible office.
