  I was referred to AZ Pain Specialist by my Gastro. and my Pulmonologist due to severe pain in my lungs and stomach. I set up an appt. for 8/29 in Chandler. They called me and canceled the Chandler appt. due to their Dr. having an Emergency and going out of town. I asked to be rescheduled immediately since I am in a lot of pain. I got told that they would schedule me in Gilbert 2 weeks from now. I got upset due to the pain and wanted something sooner, the office manager could not give me anything sooner and stated something about me being on AHCCCS...I told her that I was not on AHCCCS and that I have Health Net/Obama care. Office Manger was rude and did not empathized with my pain and just hung up on me, like she didn't give a DAMN! When I called back they would not pick up the phone. It kept hanging up on me as I know they have caller ID and could see my phone#. That was Friday 8/25, so I waited and called them back on Monday today 8/28 to see if at least I have an appt. 2 weeks from now in Gilbert, than I was told that Dr. Anderson in Gilbert has looked over my medical records since Friday (I guess over the weekend) and thinks I'm not a good fit or a good candidate for their pain clinic. I asked why ? She could not answer me and transferred me to the Gilbert's office manager who I left a detailed message for. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! THEY DONT WANT TO HELP YOU ! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. NO EMPATHY, NO SYMPATHY, NO CONCERN! I WONT GO HERE IF YOU PAID ME NOW! I've asked my Gastro to refer me to some place else and I will also let my Pulmonologist and Primary Care Physician know what a JOKE this place is. So upset with this place. Unbelievably Heartless.
